ABSTRAK
Website adalah sebuah platform digital yang berfungsi untuk menyajikan informasi, menyediakan layanan, dan memfasilitasi interaksi antara pengguna melalui internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada website SMKN 1 Kabupaten Pinrang dengan menerapkan metode Human Centered Design (HCD). Pendekatan Human Centered Design melibatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahap pengembangan, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengujian prototype. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan siswa, guru, dan operator sekolah, serta melalui uji coba prototype menggunakan tools Maze Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Human Centered Design pada pengembangan website SMKN 1 Kabupaten Pinrang berhasil meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna, kemudahan navigasi, serta efektivitas penyajian informasi di situs web sekolah. Kesimpulannya, metode Human Centered Design secara signifikan mendukung pengembangan UI/UX yang lebih efektif, memfasilitasi akses informasi terkait kegiatan sekolah dan akademik, serta memperbaiki aksesibilitas informasi bagi seluruh pengguna situs website.

ABSTRACT
Website is a digital platform that functions to present information, provide services, and facilitate interaction between users via the internet. This study aims to develop the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the SMKN 1 Pinrang Regency website by applying the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. The Human Centered Design approach involves users in every stage of development, from needs analysis to prototype testing. Data were collected through interviews with students, teachers, and school operators, as well as through prototype trials using the Maze Design tool. The results of the study showed that the application of Human Centered Design in the development of the SMKN 1 Pinrang Regency website succeeded in increasing user comfort, ease of navigation, and the effectiveness of presenting information on the school website. In conclusion, the Human Centered Design method significantly supports the development of a more effective UI/UX, facilitates access to information related to school and academic activities, and improves the accessibility of information for all website users.
