ABSTRAK
Laboratorium komputer memiliki peran penting dalam perguruan tinggi, termasuk di Universitas Dipa Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Dipa Makassar terhadap fasilitas laboratorium komputer Universitas Dipa Makassar. Serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas laboratorium komputer terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan melibatkan 100 responden, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menggunakan analisis kuadran yang terdiri atas 4 kuadran yaitu kuadran I (prioritas utama), kuadran II (prioritas prestasi), kuadran III (prioritas rendah) dan Kuadran IV (prioritas berlebihan). Kesimpulan dari analisis kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap fasilitas laboratorium komputer di Universitas Dipa Makassar dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), didapatkan bahwa atribut yang paling rendah pelaksanaanya dan kurang memuaskan bagi mahasiswa sehingga perlu di lakukan perbaikan adalah akses internet yang kurang baik.

ABSTRACT
Computer laboratories have an important role in higher education, including at Dipa University Makassar. This research aims to analyze student satisfaction at Dipa University Makassar with the computer laboratory facilities at Dipa University Makassar. And to find out how much influence computer laboratory facilities have on student satisfaction. Using the Importance Performance Analysis method and involving 100 respondents, the type of research used was descriptive with a quantitative approach. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method uses quadrant analysis which consists of 4 quadrants, namely quadrant I (top priority), quadrant II (achievement priority), quadrant III (low priority) and Quadrant IV (excessive priority). The conclusion of the analysis of student satisfaction with the computer laboratory facilities at Dipa University Makassar using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, It was found that the attribute that had the lowest implementation and was less satisfactory for students and therefore needed to be improved was poor internet access.
