Perancangan Aplikasi Pemilihan Calon Widyaiswara Teladan Menggunakan Metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory pada Kantor Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Prov SulSel
ABSTRAK
Penilaian calon Widyaiswara yang akan diusulkan mengikuti pemilihan Widyaiswara Berprestasi Tingkat Nasional pada Kantor BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket/kusioner berupa kertas kepada peserta diklat yang selanjutnya direkap oleh panitia seleksi calon Widyaiswara berprestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan menguji aplikasi pemilihan calon Widyaiswara berprestasi menggunakan Metode Multi-Atributte Utility Theory. Hasil rancangan aplikasi terdiri atas dua puluh dua (22) form yaitu form login, form setup tahun penilaian, form data admin, form data kriteria, form data golongan, form data widyaiswara, form data nama diklat, form data jadwal diklat, form registrasi, form lihat pendaftar diklat, form registrasi ulang, form lihat peserta diklat, form lihat hasil kuisioner, form proses metode MAUT, form status registrasi, form view jadwal diklat oleh peserta, form isi kusioner, form view hasil kuisioner oleh peserta, form daftar peserta diklat oleh kepala bpsdm, form view jadwal diklat oleh kepala BPSDM, form view hasil kuisoner oleh kepala BPSDM, form view hasil seleksi. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode pengujian black-box disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang sudah bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

ABSTRACT
The assessment of the Widyaiswara candidates who will be proposed to participate in the National Level Achievement Widyaiswara election at the BPSDM Office of South Sulawesi Province is carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of paper to the training participants which are then recapitulated by the selection committee for outstanding Widyaiswara candidates. The purpose of this study was to design and test the application of the selection of outstanding Widyaiswara candidates using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory Method. The results of the application design consist of twenty-two (22) forms, namely the login form, the assessment year setup form, the admin data form, the criteria data form, the group data form, the widyaiswara data form, the training name data form, the training schedule data form, the registration form, form see education and training registrants, re-registration form, view training participant form, questionnaire result view form, MAUT method process form, registration status form, training schedule view form by participants, questionnaire content form, questionnaire results view form by participants, training participant list form by the head of BPSDM, form view of training schedule by head of BPSDM, form view of questionnaire results by head of BPSDM, form view of selection results. The results of system testing using the black-box testing method concluded that the application designed was working as expected.
